Draft, Analyze, and Present with Microsoft 365 Copilot
These hands-on labs use Mayfield Bank Berhad, a fictional Malaysian commercial bank, as the scenario throughout. Each lab follows a connected story: an HR team at Mayfield Bank building and rolling out an AI Usage Guideline from research all the way through to monitoring.
Each lab has two parts: a Guided Exercise with full step-by-step instructions, and an Independent Exercise with a lighter scenario for you to apply what you have learned on your own.
Note: To complete these labs, participants must have an active Microsoft 365 Copilot licence. See Lab 00 for setup details.
